    Phase 2 - Modernization Project at one campus site, including but not limited to parking lot and play area improvements; site path-of-travel upgrades; electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire alarm, landscaping upgrades; kitchen and multi-purpose room upgrades; administration office re-configuration; and hazardous materials remediation. The full scope of work for each site is contained in the bidding documents, which may be viewed and ordered through OCB Reprographics PlanWell Service. All bids shall be made on the Bid Form furnished by the DISTRICT. Bid Forms, together with all required attachments to the Bid Form, shall be delivered to the DISTRICT in a sealed envelope with a copy of the completed required bid cover sheet affixed to the outside of the envelope, and placed in the Bid Box in the Purchasing Department of San Bernardino City Unified School District, 777 North “F” Street, San Bernardino, CA 92410, not later than 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 8, 2010.
