Procurement
The Facilities Management Department conducts two types of procurements: 1) Professional Services and 2) Construction Bids.
- Professional Service procurements are typically in the form of a Request for Proposals (RFP) or Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for consulting services.
- Construction bid procurements are in the form of a notice inviting bids (NIB).
Both are posted accordingly under their respective tab within this web page from the day of advertisement for at least 60 days. To receive requests and notices automatically via e-mail, register online with the District's Facilities Business Outreach Program as instructed under the Local Business Outreach link of this site.
Business Outreach
Consultants and contractors are requested to complete the District’s Local Business Outreach Program registration form. The District is using this form to encourage the participation of all local, non-local, small, minority- and women-owned businesses in its Facilities contracts.
