Plumbing
Duties
The Plumbing shop duties include, but are not limited to:
- Maintain the plumbing
- Repair and replace faucets, toilets sinks and drinking fountains.
- Repair and replace water heaters
- Install storm drain systems
- Upgrade restrooms
- Upgrade offices, break rooms and class rooms
- Maintain all sewer, water and gas systems at all sites
- Maintain 12 swimming pools
- Maintain pool boilers and related equipment
- Service and maintain all district fire extinguishers
- Service all fire sprinkler systems
- Service and maintain all backflow devices
- Fabricate and install wrought iron fences and gates
- Fabricate, install and maintain security screens
- Weld and repair playground equipment and toys
- Weld and repair structural steel
- Weld and repair gates, fences and padlocks
- Repair roll up security screens and doors
